PM Steakhouse
Authentic, substantial, grand, rustic, warm, form, and functional are all words to describe this intricately detailed restaurant that brings Argentina to Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. From every full brick to each handcrafted light fixture that adorns the walls and ceilings of this eating and gathering place, City Construction Group, Inc. was responsible for its installation and fabrication. Be sure to stop for a drink at the two story high bar and wine storage that amazes, and then off to a table with food prepared on the charcoal grill (the secret to the flavors is the charcoal!). The outdoor gardens and water features are there to gaze at while you enjoy your coffee and handmade deserts from the bakery.

Sacha Café
This café is at the center of the urbanistically designed 1450 Brickell Avenue building, the gateway to Miami’s financial district. This bustling café is a hub of activity that invites patrons to either linger or efficiently “grab-n-go” a delicious bite.

Andú Restaurant & Lounge
Located in the Upper Brickell area of downtown Miami, this hip new restaurant features an eclectic menu of Mediterranean cuisine. The 4,600 square-foot space seats 150 patrons on gray slate floors with high vaulted ceilings, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. The team of designers merged architecture, lighting, and artistry to create Andú’s stunning décor.

Chispa
Complete interior improvements for one of the hottest new restaurants in Coral Gables. “Chispa,” meaning “spark,” features authentic Cuban Tile flooring, calf skin covered light fixtures, and exotic millwork from Guatemala. The open style kitchen and the gas lights around the bar add to the excitement at Chispa.

City Construction Group, Inc. provided all improvements for this space, from the storefront to tables and chairs. This Village of Merrick Park restaurant was completed in just ten weeks, including a state of the art kitchen designed for a world famous celebrity chef.

This gourmet market is located in the upscale Village of Merrick Park, and features a bakery, butcher, fine prepared foods, and an extensive wine selection.

NCL Café
At its headquarters in Miami, Florida, Norwegian Cruise Lines wished to create a space for its employees that incorporated the words “flexibility” and “freedom,” also used to describe the cruise experience provided on their premier vacation ships.
The NCL Café is a wonderful escape for a meal or snack for their associates, as well as a meeting and presentation space. The cruise ship theme is a notion evoked by the use of nautical-appearing materials and finishes that were brilliantly incorporated in the design by the project architects.
