This challenging project encompassing 3 floors at 701 Waterford building in Miami, included the remodeling of restrooms, cafeteria’s, conference rooms, and general office space. This project was completed while keeping FedEx operations up and running at all times. City Construction Group’s promise of on-time delivery was critical to keeping FedEx’s same on-time delivery to their customers as well.

The new offices for Akerman LLP at Brickell City Center embrace the firms cutting edge practice and modern urban culture. As part of the new urban center of Miami, the location is connected to the heart of the Brickell Financial District. The space impresses with the new efficiencies of a law practice for today and the future.

Located in the new “Miami Central”, the new transportation hub for the City of Miami, the design not only provides functionality, but soaring spaces to display the Cisneros family art work that is scattered beautifully throughout. The signature staircase is a marvelous architectural statement with open views to the City.

A new and innovative design for Aetna that includes a fitness center, open ceilings and gathering spaces for collaboration. Over 70,000 square feet of space at the newly reimagined multi-use Plantation Walk project.

The worldwide corporate headquarters for Kemet includes 65,000 square feet of offices on 5 Floors in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Connecting the floors is a stair spanning 4 floors and a grand stair leading from the 1st floor corporate gathering and meeting spaces to the 2nd floor executive level.

Reflecting entrepreneurial spirit and pride, the interiors take full advantage of the Biscayne Bay. The enormous fish tank in the reception area brings the bay waters and sea life into the space. The many proud achievements of this enterprise are on display in this bright and cheerful space.
