ESOP – EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN
City Construction Group (CCG) is an employee-owned company though our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our ESOP provides CCG employees with a direct stake in the company’s performance and success. As each year passes our Team accrues additional equity shares and has a larger stake in the Company. This fosters a sense of ownership and makes every Team member a stakeholder in the Company’s success. Our Team members feel pride in their work and are motivated to contribute their best efforts to each project, leading to excellent project outcomes and client satisfaction.
