Since the grand opening of this first CVI.CHE 105 location in 2006, World-famous Chef Juan Chipoco, has redefined the Miami culinary scene. After many years and several other locations, this flagship restaurant always remained.
This 8,460 square foot renovation is defined by the chic sleek of Miami mixed with the vibrant cultures of Peru. Exotic decorative statues imported from the Incan homeland adorn the lush vine-intwined interior. Expert lighting design highlight the many art installations such as the multi-colored rope backwall containing over a thousand colored strings arranged by French-based artist Milton Becerra. This timeless restaurant will always be a Miami favorite!
