110 Tower

City Construction Group transformed the 110 Tower from a mixed-use hotel/office complex to an exclusive, class A office tower. The lobby space was reconfigured to include professional office and retail space. New restrooms and common areas were constructed on 12 floors . The former hotel porte-cochere was enclosed to accommodate a 20,000 square foot gymnasium. The street scape redesign included new granite sidewalks, lighting metal column cladding and grand metal.
