This ultramodern Miami shopping space is one-of-a-kind. Cantilevered ceilings stand out from the high ceilings, hung from structural steel secured to slabs carefully locked above. This allows for a vertical environment fit to display thousands of unique lamps and lighting fixtures from all over the world.

PRECISION, is the operative word for all aspects of this project. The worlds finest precision Watchmakers and Jewelers wares are displayed in this finely crafted and precise buildout. After 74 years, Kirk Jewelers relocated their flagship store to Brickell City Centre, and City Construction Group, Inc. is honored to be a part of this historic move. The store is appropriately called the “Jewel Box” with finishes, lighting and millwork that reflects the quality and precision of the goods and services offered.

A complete project from the “ground up”, this unique building houses a “bean to bar” artisanal chocolate factory with a luxury boutique retail shop as well. Construction services provided include the complete structure, site work, landscaping, and all interior construction. Go visit the shop to soak up the ambiance and taste some of the best chocolate you will ever have!

Next to the entrance of Saks Fifth Avenue are the striking storefronts for Mirto and Adolfo Dominguez. These high end retailers required the finest of materials and details to create the luxury environment in which to display their clothing lines.

The famous Galician designer Adolfo Dominquez chose the uber-luxury Village of Merrick Park to open his premier retail location in the United States. He then looked to City Construction Group, Inc. to construct a space to the exact requirements of their European interior design team. The result is a comfortable and exciting shopping environment that serves as a backdrop to the masterful designs of the “Spanish Armani.”

All work for this “quadruple wide” modular sales office was completed on a fast-track basis, including site work and landscaping.
